In the past few weeks and months, we have seen an extraordinary commitment to pro bono stretching across all areas of law and all levels of experience. Individuals have been setting up schemes to help victims of domestic violence or support Black Lives Matter protestors. Chambers have been fundraising, providing educational resources and much more. Here at Advocate we’ve had a huge increase in volunteer barristers signing up to our panel, and a phenomenal response in the take up of pieces of work.

In a time where life at the Bar has never been more challenging or uncertain, people have stepped up to help others in the most incredible ways.

We want to help you celebrate your friends’ and colleagues’ hard work by giving you the chance to nominate them for a Bar Pro Bono Award this year!
