This year the Bar Pro Bono Awards went digital, with virtual networking and an exciting remotely filmed ceremony. The prestigious awards were presented by the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Burnett, and Chair of the Bar, Amanda Pinto QC, and the ceremony hosted by Advocate Chair, Sir Robin Knowles CBE. The winners of Young Pro Bono Barrister of the Year Award and the Lifetime Achievement in Pro Bono, the Sydney Elland Goldsmith Award, will be announced at the Annual Bar and Young Bar Conference on 21st November.
