More Education exists to enable, empower, facilitate, and support neurodivergent young people to achieve their full potential. Between 2025–27, we are focused on strengthening governance, enhancing safeguarding and HR practices, expanding our Community Hub, and preparing to open a specialist independent school. Trustees play a central role in guiding our strategic growth and impact.
As a trustee, you will help shape and oversee the charity's strategy, governance, and key projects, ensuring sustainable and effective delivery of our 2025-2027 Strategy. You will provide constructive challenge and strategic guidance to the CEO and senior leadership team, while championing the mission and values of More Education externally.
You will also contribute to working groups on governance, HR, safeguarding, finance, and education, helping to ensure that our policies, programmes, and projects align with best practice and the organisation’s strategic objectives.
