Congratulations to all those barristers who will be sworn in as Silks before the Lord Chancellor at Westminster Hall on 23rd March 2026. We are immensely proud that 49 of the 96 new KCs volunteer on our panel, and that a further 6 are Case Reviewers.

Advocate recently marked the second anniversary of the Birmingham Chancery Litigant in Person Support Scheme ("B-CLIPS") with a celebratory reception. B-CLIPS was established two years ago to provide on-the-day advice and advocacy for unrepresented parties appearing on the Interim Applications List of the Business and Property Court.
