2026 Bar Pro Bono Awards: Winners

Headline Sponsor: LexisNexis

The 2026 Bar Pro Bono Awards took place at Inner Temple on Tuesday 19th May 2026.

We received over 70 nominations this year, showcasing the scale of brilliant pro bono work happening at the Bar.

Our many congratulations to this year's winners for their truly remarkable pro bono work.

A special thank you to LexisNexis for being our headline sponsor for another year, and to Instant on IT for sponsoring our drinks reception. A thank you also to Inner Temple for generously hosting us.

The prestigious awards were presented by broadcaster Joanna Gosling, with an opening address from the Lady Chief Justice. Our Chairman, Sharif A. Shivji KC, also shared a few opening words, and we heard additional remarks from Josh Giddens of LexisNexis. The judges of all the respective categories presented the individual awards.
