Role Details

We are looking for a legal trustee to join our board. Responsibilities include:

• Attending monthly Board/subcommittee meetings and an annual planning day.
• Fulfilling administrative, financial and legal requirements
• Willingness to familiarise themselves with the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship.
• Be a challenging advocate, as well as diligent and passionate about the mission and work of the Museum. 

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a qualified lawyer, ideally with experience relevant to charities. 

Attendance: Mainly remotely

Time Commitment: 5 to 8 hours per month.
