This seminar will explore how taking on pro bono work can help with practice development and will offer practical ways you can get involved in support access to justice.

We are delighted to welcome HHJ Harrison as our keynote speaker, who will explore access to justice in Wales and the benefits of having pro bono Counsel from a judicial viewpoint. 

Also hear from Caroline Rees KC, Leader of the Wales & Chester Circuit, local barristers George Pollitt and Adriana Rodriguez who will share their experience of how pro bono helped their practice development, as well as Clare Carter, Chief Executive of the Access to Justice Foundation, who will share on pro bono costs orders and how to obtain them. Our Casework in Wales, Stephen Davies, will speak about his role and how you can get involved in pro bono work through Advocate.
