Recruiting for a new Head of Casework

As we begin the new year, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for pro bono and access to justice to join us as our new Head of Casework. 

Reporting to the Director of Casework and COO, this is an exciting opportunity to fill a new role within Advocate at a time of increasing demand for pro bono services. 

The new Head of Casework will be responsible for the internal running of our casework service. This will include:

o   Delivering the casework process; 

o   Leading the casework team (12 caseworkers and an administrator); and

o   Ensuring the operation of casework is effective and efficient.

The role is an excellent opportunity for anyone enthusiastic about making a difference in the access to justice sector and has the management skills to oversee the delivery of our casework service to people in need of the Bar's pro bono help.
